MEDDICC Foundation is our core practice and the starting point for executing the MEDDICC sales methodology in your organization.

  • Sales leader only session - 1 to 2 hours

  • Seller session - 2 hours with assigned homework exercises

  • Includes Live deal reviews - 1 hour ( same day or another day drafting into your forecast call cadence)

Virtual MEDDICC Sales Process Workshop

Virtual  session - typically 2-3 remote sessions 

This is a workshop focusing on best practice sales process stage definition with MEDDICC qualification and the creation of a one page ( or more) sales process playbook as ​a final deliverable.

  • Review your current sales stages, activities, qualification methods and gate definition.

  • Define best practice sales stage definition, activities, MEDDICC qualification checklists, and gate definition.

  • Develop a one page or more process playbook to capture the above definitions to provide the sales team a sales process at a glance document.
