SALES MEDDIC GROUP - The official site of the MEDDIC (or its derivatives; MEDDICC and MEDDPICC) sales methodology.

 We provide MEDDICC sales methodology based workshops: Foundation, Sales Manager coaching and inspection, and embedding MEDDICC in your sales process.  We operationalize MEDDICC in salesforce.com with a MEDDICC app. We will teach your sellers the MEDDICC sales qualification methodology for today's enterprise ​sales environment.  You will have a "common language" to discuss opportunities in the forecast. We focus on "how to" apply MEDDICC.

Virtual MEDDICC Sales Process Workshop

Virtual  session - typically 2-3 remote sessions 

This is a workshop focusing on best practice sales process stage definition with MEDDICC qualification and the creation of a one page ( or more) sales process playbook as a final deliverable.

In Person MEDDICC Foundation Workshop

  • E-learning as a prerequisite 

  • Sales leader only session (virtual or on-site)

  • Seller session - 5 hours includes workbook exercises and live deal reviews and breaks.
